Before your first visit
Important notes for new clients
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete your intake form and enjoy a calming welcome tea.
- Avoid heavy oils or styling products before your visit. Hair does not need to be freshly washed.
- Please remove hair extension clips.
- Please inform us of any scalp conditions or skin sensitivities, or allergies to herbs or essential oils. Your comfort and safety are our priority.
- We recommend silencing your phone, allowing yourself time to unwind, enjoying the full herbal ritual experience.
Cancellation policy
We understand that schedules can change. Please note our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
- A deposit may be required when booking your appointment.
- Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations.
- Late cancellation or no show may result in deposit forfeiture.
